Chardonnay has a flavourful affinity with limestone, which promotes the citrus and mineral tastes of the grape. Making use of this appealing association, our Chardonnay vineyards thrive on the limestone soils of the Robertson region. A lightly-wooded dry white wine with scents of orange blossom and peach on the nose. The palate is creamy and crisp. Best paired with creamy pasta dishes or a mild curry with coconut and sambals.
